This past Monday our students enjoyed another PTA sponsored cultural arts assembly called “Get C.R.U.N.K.!” It utilized music, video, live performance, and audience engagement to show students how Hip Hop, theatre, parody, poetry, and comedy can be used to help express ideas, review unit concepts, prepare for tests, and have great creative fun. A wonderful time was had by all!
The 2025-2026 Change of School Assignment (COSA) transfer season opens on Monday, February 3, 2025. The COSA process allows families to submit a request for their children to transfer out of their assigned home school through the ParentVue portal in Synergy. Online registration for kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year opens on Monday, February 3. Children who will be 5 years old by September 1, 2025 are eligible to register. Registration will be online through the ParentVUE portal. For more information about eligibility and the registration process, visit the MCPS Kindergarten Enrollment website or contact our school office.
