The Connection
Programs for Exceptional Children, November 13, 2023
Getting ready!
The holidays are just about upon us! There is so much going on this month for our PEC families in Florence 1! In this edition of The Connection you will find information about the Transition Fair that is on Monday, November 13th! Check it out to connect with agencies that can support your student in preparing for post-secondary opportunities. There is also a parent training that will share information about the many resources available in our area to families that have students with exceptional needs. It will be on Tuesday, November 14th at 10 am and 6 pm.
You can also check out informaiton about Community Long Term Care, that can help with incontinent supplies and caregiver support for families that are eligible. And don't miss the fun Gratitude Scavenger Hunt that you can print out and enjoy with your family!
We hope you'll take some time to read through these resources, and don't forget that if you need a question answered or just aren't sure where to turn, you can contact our Parent Liaison, Erika Chapman, at 843-292-1008 or echapman@f1s.org. She would love to connect with you!
