We're thrilled to invite you to our upcoming "Let's Get Moving" Family Fitness Night on April 3, 2024, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Event Details:

Location: Wright Academy Gymnasium

This special evening is designed for the entire family to come together and embrace the joy of movement. We have a fantastic lineup of activities that will keep everyone on their feet and smiling throughout the night!

Activities Include:

Salsa Dancing: Start the night with the vibrant and rhythmic moves of salsa! Learn the basics of this lively dance in a fun and inclusive environment.

Zumba: Shake, shimmy, and sweat to the rhythm of high-energy music. Zumba is a fantastic way to get your heart pumping and have a blast doing it.

Yoga: End the night by finding your center and unwind with some family-friendly yoga. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time, our instructors will guide you through poses that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

What to Bring:

Comfortable workout attire

Sneakers or dance shoes

Water bottles to stay hydrated

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
