Good morning Sperreng,
What a fun week last week with our Homecoming Spirit Days and the parade yesterday! Thank you to all our student groups and leaders for making it so memorable.
This week's eNote contains a LIVE link to sign up for parent conferences. Please see below for instructions on how to sign up.
Don't forget next weekend is our Color Run on Saturday and Sunday Night Lights at LHS on Sunday! If you have signed up for the Color Run, look for an email this week with details and logistics.

Parent Conferences Sign Up is Live!
Sperreng Parent Conferences are Tuesday, October 15 from 5pm-8pm and Thursday, October 17 from 4pm-7pm.
We look forward to welcoming our families to conferences. Be sure to check both Infinite Campus and Canvas to have the most up to date information regarding your student's progress in classes. This may guide your decisions on which teachers you'd like to sign up to meet with. Students will also be completing reflection slides this week that they can share with you if you are unable to attend conferences.
Please read each step before scheduling to make it quick and easy.
Directions on how to sign up for conferences:
Check your student’s Canvas to find grades and Teacher’s names
Follow this link to schedule
Select every teacher you would like to have a conference with then click “submit”
(If you have multiple students, select both student’s teachers)
Complete Student sign up information (enter an accessible email address)
You will then receive an email titled ”Select Date/Time’ -Follow the link that says
“Click here to select conference time.”
Select time slots for each teacher
-You can select “register for additional classes” to add any teacher
Click “Confirm Selections and Exit”
You will then receive a confirmation email with dates, times, and room numbers.

Fall Book Fair
The Fall Book Fair will be here October 11- 17! Students will do previews with ELA classes and teh fair will be open during conferences.
Interact Club Information
Love community Service? Come joing Interact club! Our first community service activity will be October 17 after school. We have a fun year planned! Students can sign up with the QR code using a Lindbergh account.
Unity Week October 14-17
Unity Week 2024 is October 14th-17th. Sperreng will celebrate on Thursday, October 17th. WEAR ORANGE! The hashtags are: #FlyKind and #UnityDay.
Class of 2030-You're Invited
Calling All Future Globetrotters! (Class of 2030) Pack your wanderlust – we're heading to Europe summer 2026! ✈️ Join us for a travel meeting to learn all about our exciting trip to London, Paris, and Madrid. This is a fantastic opportunity for your 7th grader to experience the rich culture, history, and sights of these amazing cities.

Winter Wear Drive
Lindbergh Schools / Kiwanis Sunset Hills/ Crestwood Gently Used Winter Wear Drive Monday,
October 7, - Friday, November 15, 2024
Lindbergh Schools in cooperation with the Kiwanis, Crestwood-Sunset Hills, will be collecting new or
gently used winter wear items for students in need. Please bring new or gently used coats, mittens, hats,
boots, gloves, scarves, earmuffs, ski masks, snow pants, warm socks, or thermal underwear, and place
them in the blue bin that will be in our school lobby. The winter wear drive will take place from Monday,
Oct. 7- Friday, November 15, 2024. Items will benefit students in Lindbergh Schools, Angel’s Arms,
Meramec, Monroe, and Patrick Henry elementary schools in St. Louis City; just to name a few.

To celebrate 75 years of Lindbergh Schools, we are opening our doors this October and inviting members of the Lindbergh community to connect with us for a variety of special events! Visit go.lindberghschools.ws/75years for additional details.
Crestwood Elementary Gymnasium Beam Signing, 4-5 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 8: Help us celebrate the construction of Crestwood’s new gymnasium, and sign a steel beam that will be used in the construction!
Listening and Learning with Superintendent Dr. Tony Lake, 6-7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 8: This presentation by Superintendent of Schools Dr. Tony Lake will cover the district's updated success measures, five-year strategic plan, and Prop R construction timeline. All are welcome!
Concord Elementary Tour and Open House, 5:45-6:45 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 9: Concord students and staff will lead guided tours of Concord Elementary School for current families, Concord alumni, and community members.
LHS Fall Play, “The Mousetrap,” 7 p.m., Oct. 10-12: LHS Players present "The Mousetrap," in the LHS Performing Arts Center. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.! Purchase tickets online at or at the door.
Sperreng Color Run, 10-12 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 12: Participate in a one mile family color run with treats and music! Registration is required. For more information, click HERE.

Sunday Night Lights - Celebrating 15 Years!
Sunday Night Lights is celebrating 15 years in the Lindbergh Community, and the entire Lindbergh community is invited to help fill the stands and cheer on children who have braved the journey of a serious childhood disease on Sunday, Oct. 13.
