A Note from the Office
Dear Families,
This month, we will embark on a journey of fostering connections and celebrating cherished family traditions, as we nurture the spirit of Thanksgiving and togetherness. Our preschoolers will be engaged in activities that inspire gratitude and kindness, such as creating festive crafts, sharing personal experiences, and learning about the importance of giving back to our community.
Thank you for entrusting us with the care and education of your children. We look forward to another month of joy and learning!
Sincerely,
Kaitlyn Pizzino and Victoria Nagle

🍂 Reminders 🍂
🧡 Now that the weather is getting colder, please make sure you have weather appropriate clothing in your child's cubby in case of an accident or spill.
🧡 If your child is sick, coming in late or will not be in a day, please send Victoria and Kaitlyn an email or send a message in the links to home app so that we can ensure our building is properly staffed.
🧡 As we are beginning to get into the cold and flu season, we just want to send out a reminder about our sick policy. If your child throws up, has a barking cough or has a fever, they must be fever and symptom free (without the assistance of Tylenol or Motrin) for 24 hours.
🧡 To help prevent illness and align with our curriculum, we ask that our Beginners through PreK2 students, no longer bring in water bottles. Students will learn how to use drink from open cup.

🚗Parking Lot 🚗
Please make sure you enter the parking lot from the south side closest to Wissahickon Ave and exit to the north side towards Sumneytown Pike.
Please make sure that you are parking in the parking spots. You cannot pull in front of the building at any time during the day. This makes it difficult for us to receive mail or deliveries and makes it hard for parents who are already parked to back up or pull out to leave. If there are no spots available, you can pull on the grass or wait until a spot becomes available. Pulling in front of the building poses a safety concern for all we appreciate your understanding!
🍴November Menu 🍴
To align with our Links2Learning Curriculum for Beginners-PreK 2, students ages 2 and up will drink from an open cup. We supply these cups at school.
🥫 Kids Helping Communities 🥫
This year, students will help give back to our community through a food drive benefiting Manna on Manor. In our front lobby, we will have a donation box for dry and canned goods. Students will use their mathematical skills to help sort and count the items.
Scholastic Book Fair
Get ready—the Scholastic Book Fair is coming to our school! This is a great opportunity to connect with your child over the thrill of bringing home new books to dive into again and again. Studies show that kids read more when they choose books for themselves. And fostering a love of independent reading leads to a wide variety of benefits—including academic success and improved mental health.
