Who’s Red-y to Can the Eagles?

We are now accepting donations for the 17th annual Can the Eagles!

This is a yearly fundraising competition between Ozark and Nixa that benefits Least of These, a food pantry in Ozark.

Non-perishable foods can be donated at any Ozark school building, and monetary donations are being accepted on MySchoolBucks: https://qrco.de/beEPKs. Every $1 = 5 pounds of food!

Donations are being accepted from now until Oct. 18, when Ozark football travels to Nixa for the annual Backyard Brawl football game.

Help us give back to our community as we Can the Eagles!

Thursday, 10/3: Disney Day
Friday, 10/4: Red Friday (wear red or any Ozark gear!)

We will be having Parent Teacher Conferences October 22 & 24. If you haven't signed up with your teacher yet, please contact her and schedule a time. We look forward to sharing with you all of the exciting things your child has been learning!

• Happy fall everyone! Now that temps are changing please switch out the extra clothing in your child's backpack to pants and long sleeves. If he/she does not have clothing packed please add them! Kids have all kinds of accidents that require a change of clothes and my supplies are limited.

• We take instructional time very seriously. We want your children to receive the best education possible so we make every effort to utilize every minute of our day from start (8:40) to finish (3:55). As much as possible, plan ahead for doctor/dentist appointments, vacations, and additional student appointments.
  

• When your child is going to be absent from school, please call the Ozark West Absence Line at 417-582-5907 as soon as possible to let us know why your child is absent. Please leave your child's name, teacher name, and reason for absence.
• If your student will be absent for a vacation, please let us know! However, we will not send work home until they return. While you are on vacation, we will collect the missing work as it is distributed throughout the week, and your student may complete it upon their return.

• If your student will be out for a medical reason, we can gather work ahead of time
