In-Person Students: It is crucial that your child is here every day! We have 55 days remaining and want to make sure we are working with kids every minute!

Virtual Students: It is crucial that your child attends every virtual session and is on time for every session. We also ask that you utilize virtual office hours if your child needs additional support.

This week our panther families soared inside SSS as we completed the safety curtain project, supplied the in-door recess carts, and did the first round of snack carts for our staff.

As our PTSA also seeks to strengthen our community and support local needs, we have teamed with our FRYSC and the King Center to provide blessing bags to families and activities for children. If you would like to donate gently used activity items please drop off to SSS front office and mark PTSA. We can do more together!

Frankfort Independent Families,

Although we are starting our school year virtually, we will still have the opportunity to provide counseling services for both Second Street School and Frankfort High students. Kurt Montooth is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with Deaton and Deaton Counseling. He will be available for in-person (at both schools) or telehealth appointments. Kurt can currently accept the following insurance providers: Passport, Wellcare, Humana Medicaid, Anthem Medicaid, Aetna Medicaid, Anthem BCBS and commercial Humana.
