Saturday, August 17th- Mulch the Playground
9:00-10:30 It is a tradition! Join Father Todd to Mulch the Playground and get the school grounds ready for a new year. Please join us and bring all of your helpers, as many hands makes for light work. Also bring wheel barrel, rakes, shovels and gloves. It is a great way to give back to the school and to help create a safe play area for the children. Snacks and water provided.
Wednesday, August 21stβ Preschool Information Night 5:00-6:30
Meet the other Preschool families and spend some time with Ms. Jessica, Mrs. Henning, Mrs. Fountain and Mrs. Crossen. We will have hot dogs, chips, fruits and veggies. Bring a dessert to pass (if you wish).
Thursday, August 22ndβ Back to School BBQ 5:00-6:30
K-6th grade students. Visit your new classroom, talk to your new teacher, pick up your beginning of the year packet and drop off your school supplies. Bring a dessert to pass (if you wish).

For Some of Our New Families-Please be sure that you are registered in FACTS for Tuition Payments
We utilize the FACTS Management Company for our tuition collection. As a new family, you will need to set up your account, using the following link.

Once you have enrolled with your pertinent information, including your financial information and payment plan, you will be a "pending" family. At that time, we at Sacred Heart will enter your tuition information.
1. You may choose either the 1st or 15th of each month as your payment date. Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from a variety of credit cards, if applicable. (There will be a 2.75% fee for credit card usage)
2. You may choose one of the following payment plans:
a. Pay in full in July - $0 enrollment fee
b. Pay in 2 installments (September & April) - $10 enrollment fee
c. Pay in 11 monthly installments (August thru June) - $45 enrollment fee
3. Peace of Mind Insurance: FACTS offers this optional benefit for only $17 per year per family. In the event of death of the Responsible Party or spouse, the remaining tuition balance owed for the current school year is paid to the school.
