A Note from Dr. Szczasny:
Dear McAuliffe Families,
As I prepare to transition to a new position within the district, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the McAuliffe community. Serving as your principal for the past 11 years has been the most rewarding experience of my career, and I am deeply thankful that you have entrusted me with your children and for the support you have shown me throughout this journey. Your involvement and encouragement have been instrumental in our school's success, and I am grateful for the strong sense of community we have built together.
I will miss McAuliffe's incredible students! Their enthusiasm, creativity, and determination have been a constant source of inspiration. Watching them grow, learn, and achieve has been a privilege. They are the heart of our school, and I am so proud of and care for each and every one of them.
Reflecting on the past 11 years, I am filled with pride for all that we have accomplished as a school. From academic achievements to the fostering of a positive and inclusive school culture, we have much to celebrate. These accomplishments are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire school community.
While I am excited about the new opportunities ahead, leaving McAuliffe is bittersweet. This school and its community will always hold a special place in my heart. I am confident that McAuliffe will continue to thrive and achieve great things under it's new leadership.
Thank you for the memories, the support, and the shared commitment to our success. It has been an honor to serve as your principal. I look forward to seeing the continued growth of McAuliffe and its wonderful community.
With deepest gratitude and warmest regards,
Dr. Szczasny
Principal, McAuliffe School
