In-school Club Programs

This month is all about preparation for project achievement as our 4th and 5th grade students learn about public speaking and how to put together a winning presentation. Students will be taking part in some fun activities as part of our club meetings. Dates for school meetings are below:

January 12th Commerce Middle

Save the Date: Summer Camp Registration

Camp registration opens on February 12th. Below are the dates for each of our camps this year:

Junior Camp (7th-8th Grade) June 3rd-7th at Burton 4-H Center (Tybee)

Senior Extreme Camp (9th-12th grade) June 3rd-7th at Rock Eagle Pioneer Camp

Wilderness Challenge Camp (6th-8th grade) June 17th-21th at Wahsega 4-H Center

Senior Camp (9th-12th Grade) June 24th-28th at Wahsega 4-H Center

Cloverleaf Camp (4th-6th Grade) July 1th-5th at Fortson 4-H Center

Cost for camp is $425 per person.

Fundraisers will be made available to help families offset costs.

4-H Day at the Capitol - February 14th

4-H Day at the Capitol is held annually to allow Georgia 4-H'ers to visit the capitol building, schedule visits with their legislators, and if the General Assembly is in session serve as House and Senate pages, see top 4-H'ers honored on the floor of the House and Senate, and hear our State 4-H President deliver an address to the state legislature.

Shotgun Team Open House

January 16th at the 4-H Office our competition shotgun team will host their open house for interested 7th-12th grade members.

Drip Cake Workshop

Ever wanted to learn how to decorate a cake using the drip method? Here's your chance to have some fun and learn the techniques and ideas behind drip cakes.

This year's theme for cooking club is "Cooking the Continents". If you've ever wanted to learn recipes and food concepts from other countries and cultures, here is your chance!

The 4-H Game Guild is all about games! Board games, card games, game minis, and more! Come out and join the club that is all about having fun while solving a mystery, ruling a country, or fighting a monster!
