HBMS Families,
I want to take a moment to thank you for your support and trust following the recent safety threats at HBMS. We know situations like this are concerning and overwhelming, but your cooperation and confidence in our protocols made a significant difference in the events of this week.
I’m thankful that the safety measures we have in place worked as designed and were implemented so well by our staff members, ensuring that all students and staff remained safe throughout. Your trust in our process allowed us to focus on what was most important—keeping our school and students safe.
While I do not have any updates regarding the active police investigation at this time, I have full trust in the agencies working the investigation. In the meantime, we remain committed to maintaining a safe and protected environment for your children, and your continued support strengthens our efforts. If you have any questions or need further reassurance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely,
Laura Keogh, Principal
