Summer school is quickly approaching and it’s time to get your student enrolled! We will be doing summer school the same way we did last year. If your student is new, unfamiliar with the summer school process, or just needs a refresher, read below for more information.

Students will still be allowed to take 1-2 classes total for summer school enrollment. Your student will select the courses they need to take with their mentor in Seminar before the school year ends. If one of those courses happens to be a math course or Spanish course, your student will be required to report onsite Monday through Thursday, 9AM - 12PM, June 3rd - June 20th. Math courses will be taught live onsite by Matthew Schnaare and Spanish will be taught by Elizabeth Hoving. These classes will need to be completed before your student leaves the building on June 20th. While onsite, cell phones will need to be turned in up front or left at home in order to ensure total focus.

For all other subjects, students will be able to work offsite virtually on classes at their own pace from June 3rd - August 2nd. Katie Kozumplik will be the offsite coordinator of class enrollments and any troubleshooting kids might need while they are working at home. She can be contacted via email or Google Hangouts. There will be no more than a 24-hour turnaround time for responses. If students feel like they want an environment to help them focus, they can come during the onsite summer school session Monday through Thursday, 9AM - 12PM, June 3rd - June 20th.
