All employees are required to complete several SafeSchools trainings each year. The button above will take you to this training. Your login is your employee identification number. Please note that all trainings listed must be completed by September 20 at 5:00 pm. You can expect the trainings to take you about 2.5 hours to complete.
For: BTS Teachers
As part of the BTS Arts Learning Program Grant the BTS teachers have professional development scheduled for Friday, September 20, 2024, 8:00 – 3:30 pm, through the BYU ARTS Partnership. The meeting is held at the BYU Conference Center. If a substitute teacher is needed, the school is responsible for paying for the sub. Sometimes another staff member can cover the BTS teacher’s classes. If your BTS teacher is less than full time, your efforts in supporting this full day of PD are appreciated. Post exp.9.16

It is time to apply for a Provo City School District Foundation grant. Any employee of Provo City School District can now apply for a grant and the grants are no longer limited to $500. Online scams are on the rise. Help protect yourself and others by watching out for emails asking you to purchase a gift card. No one, including school administrators, will ever ask you urgently over email to purchase a gift card for them. If this does happen, verify the request in person. Learn more on the Employee Website. Evenings are held throughout the academic year at museums and galleries across the state of Utah. They feature keynote speakers, hands-on workshops, networking opportunities, light refreshments and free educational materials designed to help teachers integrate the night’s theme into their curriculum.
