Insurance Plan Reminders
Delta Dental does not mail paper ID cards to members. Covered employees can view or print their Delta Dental ID card by registering on the Member Portal. You can also access your Delta Dental ID card through their Mobile App.
Employees who enrolled in EyeMed should have received ID Cards in the mail in early January. Employees can also access their EyeMed ID cards on their Member Web account or Mobile App. In addition to ID cards, you can also view your benefit summary, cost estimator and view current deals.
Need additional support finding an in-network provider or scheduling appointments? Simply call Health Advocate at 866-695-8622 and they will assist you in finding an in-network provider and help you schedule your appointment.

MinuteClinic Telehealth
Medical Mutual has partnered with MinuteClinic to offer 24/7 telehealth care to all members 18 months and older. With MinuteClinic, members can access virtual care for minor illnesses, minor injuries, skin conditions, women's services, medication refills and more.
MinuteClinic appointments are billed the same as an in-person sick visit. To learn more, visit MinuteClinic/VirtualCare.com.
