A Note From Dr. Phillips and Dr. Koppel
What a great week we had! The energy in the building has been incredible as we wrapped up the trimester. As a reminder, there is no school on Monday or Tuesday. We hope you enjoy the long weekend and some time to recharge.
Do you have too much candy from treat or treating???? Service Club will be collecting next week to donate candy to the deployed troops.
Looking ahead, we're excited to honor and celebrate our Veterans on Veterans Day. If you or a loved one will be joining us, please be sure to RSVP. We’re looking forward to a meaningful event with our community.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Have a wonderful weekend!

This sign-up is for the Long Elementary 2024 Adopt-A-Family. This year we are asking for gift cards to give our families a holiday meal, a family experience together, and gifts for all family members. With these cards they can shop for that perfect gift for each other and also enjoy some fun family time over break. Please have gift cards turned in to school no later than Dec. 6th. We are so appreciative of the generosity of the Long family! While you're at Long, be sure to visit the Book Fair with your student during the 30-minute window after attending their block class. (For 3rd-graders, since their block class is at the end of the day, you can visit the Book Fair with them during the 30 minutes before their block class.)

In order to make the best use of our time and to maintain consistency in discussing your child’s progress, we kindly ask that both parents sign up for only one conference per student, even if you are living in separate households. If you would like to visit Art, Music, PE, Design Lab, or Library they will be available all evening from 4-7. You may stop by or email them for a specific time.
