Please use the link below to set your virtual parent/teacher conference. We ask that your child be a part of the process. In many cases, teacher will ask students to lead the conference and will then be available to answer questions and provide additional feedback. Times are set for 20 minutes. You will have until midnight on Nov. 3 to set your time. If you miss that window or if there is an issue with securing a time, you will need to email your child's teacher to request a meeting.

No Retake or Absentee day will be scheduled at the school. All retakes will need to be scheduled at the studio.

If you have an old bat or golf club laying around that is no longer used and you are willing to part with it, please note that we are looking for a few donations. Please let Amy Senethavilay know if you are willing to donate and we can arrange pick up or drop off. Student who ride the bus cannot bring those items, but those walking or dropped off can deliver them straight to the office.

If you are entering the building, you are required to wear a mask. Forgot one? We have a mask for you. Please just ask when you ring the doorbell for entrance.

If you are not comfortable with that, please call the front office and a member of the staff can meet you outside.

Earlier I stated that if you were distanced from others, you were not required to wear a mask while outside. We are experiencing a LARGE number of people who are not using care or distancing while meeting on campus and those who are walking through class lines or past our students and staff without mask. Therefore, I must ask that if you are walking through groups or crossing any of the paths of our staff and students, we ask that you place your mask on until you are clear from those who are not a part of your immediate family.
