BECS Family Update

Thank you all for another fantastic week at Burbank Early Childhood School! We truly appreciate your continued support and dedication to our school community.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! Conferences can be held in person or virtually, depending on your preference. Mark your calendars for the following dates:

• Wednesday, October 9th: 4:00 - 7:30 pm
• Friday, October 11th: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

This is a valuable opportunity to discuss your child's progress and goals for the year. Further details on scheduling will be shared soon.

The Parent Handbook is a vital resource for understanding our school's policies and procedures. You can access the most recent version through this link. Please take some time to review it and reach out if you have any questions.

The Yearly Activity Fee will be included with your September tuition. This fee helps support the various enrichment activities and programs that make our school experience special for your child.

A big thank you to everyone who has completed their Safe School Registration! Your prompt attention to this important task helps us ensure a safe and secure environment for all our students. We truly appreciate your cooperation.

We are committed to ensuring the safety of all our students, and to help with this, we will be implementing the Safe School ID system in our building. If you haven't already done so, please register yourself with the Safe School ID system in the office. Once registered, you can connect your ID to your phone.

When entering the building, we ask that you show your ID on your phone. If you do not have your phone with you, you'll need to come into the office, scan your driver's license, and print a temporary badge. All visitors who enter the building between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm will be required to print a badge and wear it while in the building.

Don't forget, Soccer Shots will begin next week with free demo sessions on Tuesday, September 3rd at 9:30 am and Wednesday, September 4th at 2:30 pm. The program will run from September through May for all registered students. We’re excited to see our little athletes in action!

• September 2nd - Labor Day
• October 9th - Parent Teacher Conference Night
• October 11th - Parent Teacher Conference Day (No School)
• October 14th - Fall Break
