Dear Staff,
Thank you for your efforts on our PD Day Friday. It is clear from our staff meeting that we need to continue to persist and focus on student engagement on our virtual days. How do we do this? Continued effort to engage and empower students in learning when we are face to face. Our conversations with each other around best practice in blended learning and our willingness to learn and implement new strategies still remain our best avenues for success. Make sure to review our Blended Learning Clearinghouse and Padlet discussion from Friday.
Additionaly, it is important to share our successes. Please submit a Committed Cardinal for our Staff Check-In on Friday for a staff member who is living our mission and vision!

- During your classes this week please post on your board - What learning do you need to complete in this class on your virtual day? Please make sure to review and discuss with students.
Virtual Attendance - A great way to check to check in with kids is to review their virtual attendance the next day with them, either in core classes for MS or Pride Time for HS. Links to procedures can be found in the MS/HS Important Protocols - doc.
