Hello Lakeview Families!

It is time to confirm your child(ren)'s enrollment for the district at Lakeview for the 2024/2025 school year. Be sure to complete this using Infinite Campus by July 31st. (Details below are shared on how to do this. Read instructions carefully and use the suggested help links and information if you experience issues.) Please be aware that the school office is not staffed during the summer weeks at the elementary level. Our school's new administrative assistant due to Mrs. Keesler's retirement is, Mrs. Corrie Jape. Online Registration Now Open for 2024-25

PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR ANNUAL UPDATE. The Online Registration annual update is now open on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal for enrolled students to complete their required annual update of information as well as give consent for annual release forms and waivers for the 2024-25 school year. ALL families are asked to complete this at their earliest convenience to ensure all information is up to date prior to school starting (including newly enrolled students).

• All demographic changes should be made ONLY through the Online Registration link, not the demographic and family tabs-this information will be updated when your Online Registration/Annual update is processed.
• If you are divorced, do not add the other parent's information on your application. It is hidden from your view for privacy purposes, they may update their information in their own portal account.
• All requests to remove a guardian will be denied without a court order brought to the school your child(ren) attend.

1. Choose "More" from the menu on the left.
2. Click on "OLR Annual Update"
3. If all your children are listed, Click the Begin Registration button and follow on screen instructions.

There is no "in person" registration.

• If you have forgotten your username or password and unable to retrieve them using the "forgot your username or forgot your password" buttons, please email campus@neenah.k12.wi.us for additional assistance.
• If one of your students is missing from your app, email campus@neenah.k12.wi.us and provide your name and missing students name before starting.
• If you are having any technical issues, please email campus@neenah.k12.wi.us and include your name, students name, and phone number you can be reached at in the event we are unable to resolve your issue by email.

School fees & Free & Reduced lunch applications may be taken care of in the parent portal as well. If you think you may qualify, please wait to pay all fees until your meal benefits application has been processed. Credit card convenience fees will be waived until August 31st.

• Our Online Prepay ordering officially opens for everyone July 8th.
• Please share time and location with parents. 'Save the Date' flyers have the photoshoot date information only.
• Prepay orders are guaranteed to be sent to the school without a shipping charge regardless of when the photo was taken. Any orders mailed, called, or turned into our office after the prepay date are subject to a shipping/handling charge and will be mailed directly to the home.

If you are someone who has an Associate's Degree and is looking for an opportunity to help in schools, particularly at Lakeview by subbing for teachers when you are available or supervising classrooms on a regular basis as a floating sub (Monday/Friday), please apply to the district's substitute teacher posting on WECAN and email the principal, Ms. Renning (mrenning@neenah.k12.wi.us) for details about getting your sub licensure if you don't have it already and what opportunities may be available for the 24/25 school year.
