MCP3 Parent Newsletter-#22
February 11th 2025
A Message from Ms. Peterson
Hello MCP3 Families!
Shout out to all of our scholars for a successful Q2, which we celebrated on Friday at our A2 Awards Ceremony. Thank you families for attending and for celebrating with us if you could. I know it is a short and sweet ceremony- and we will continue to find opportunities for you to join us in activities and events when we can. We had 27 scholars receive High Attendance awards for having 95%-99% attendance & 20 scholars receive 100% Attendance awards! We will be sending certificates home this week and sharing pictures on Dojo- so stay tuned!
We had a total of 37 families respond to our Mid-year family feedback survey. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and share your input regarding our MCP3 program. Results will be reviewed this Friday as a staff to celebrate and discuss next steps. One thing is certain- our staff are incredible!!! LIke the HULK!!! A huge shout out to the entire team of MCP3! 91.9% of the families that responded feel that they have a good relationship with their child's teacher and 100% of the families feel that the learning environment supports their child's development! Check out what some of the families shared:
- I love how united you guys are with the k3 classes as a whole.
- I love the bond my child has with her teacher.
- My child has learned so much and is always showing me new things she’s learned in class. I love that I’m always given tools and resources to work with my child at home.
- I love the atmosphere and what my kiddo is learning. She enjoys going to school.
- We absolutely love MCP3. We rave about this school to anyone willing to listen and our baby talks about you all long after school ends. Your commitment to developing the scholars and open communication are unmatched. Thank you so much for all you guys do!
Shout out to the Elephants and the Bulldogs for having the most responses! These classes tied at 11 responses and both earned a party! Ms. Perine and I will be celebrating with them this week.
Our 100th Day of School Celebration was a success! I loved seeing the scholars dressed up like they were 100 years old....the walkers, canes, and life alerts always crack me up. Hearing the kids call themselves and each other "Grannie" and "Grandpa" also made me smile.
