Welcome to the S'more page for Mrs. Dancy and Mrs. Parker's Kindergarten class. This is where we will post weekly updates for our classroom. Hello! My name is Elizabeth Dancy! This is my third year at Wilkesboro and my third year teaching Kindergarten. I have a husband, Justus and 2 dogs, Dewey and Diamond. In my free time, I enjoy walking, spending time with family, coaching cheer, and baking.

Education

I graduated from Appalachian State University (Roll Neers’!) in 2022 with my degree in Birth-Kindergarten Education with a minor in Special Education. This is my third year teaching and I have found my passion!

Hello! My name is Jennifer Parker. I have been a TA at Wilkesboro for 10 years and it will be my third year in Kindergarten. My husbands name is Jeff and I have 2 children, Allison and Alex. I also have two grandchildren, Parker and Wrenley. I love vacationing at the beach, camping, spending time with my family, and reading.

• Book-bag—no wheels, not small size
• 2 packs of Ticonderoga pencils
• 3-6 packs of glue sticks
• 2 packs of 24 count crayons (Crayola preferred)
• Fiskar scissors (blunt end)
• One full change of clothes (in a labeled bag with child’s name)
