News for April 17, 2025
Hello Harambee Families,
It has been such fun to see many of you come and go for conferences over the last two days. I am also so grateful for the conversations I have had with many of you over the last weeks about the calendar change that will take place in the 2026-2027 school year. I encourage you to reach out if you have questions and to look for future opportunities to be a part of creating the new vision for Harambee.
If you follow Harambee on Facebook (@HarambeeElementary) or on Instagram (@PrincipalNathan) hopefully you saw the amazing artwork created by our 3rd-6th graders. Students studied da Vinci's famous painting and then created their own Mona Lisa parodies. Check out a few selections below (more are posted on line) or stop in and see all of them in person.

As part of her prize, Ajwa and her family attended the Minnesota Twins game on Saturday, where she had the honor of throwing out the ceremonial first pitch. โIt was an awesome moment celebrating one of our students,โ said Principal Nathan Meyer.
