Happy Sunday West End Dolphin Pod Squad!
We ended another great week with our second SDPC Fun Friday where we had Field Day and Paradigm Parties! Students had an amazing time at field day thanks to the hard work Mr. Stanitzek and Miss Davis put into planning and preparing for this event. A BIG thank you to our parent volunteers who helped run each station, allowing our staff to enjoy time with the students. It takes every member of our Dolphin Pod to make events like this happen for our students!
Mrs. Simpson scheduled parent volunteers to come in Thursday and Friday to help prepare our students’ leadership portfolios. These will be used by our staff and students, and we can’t wait to showcase them on our October 3rd Family Adventure Night! I want to personally thank these parents for stepping in to help us prepare 700+ leadership portfolios!

We would like to say a big thank you to the West End Safety Patrol Team! These 5th graders applied and were chosen to be student leaders, assisting with arrival and dismissal in the car line. We are so thankful for their service during the first quarter of the school year!
