Principal's Message
A huge thank you to our PTA for another fantastic auction event! It is always great to come together in support of our young learners. Thank you to everyone who participated in both the online auction and the live auction event.
Murwood Parent Ambassadors
We are preparing for a new group of TK and Kinder students to join Murwood in the 24/25 school year. On April 10th we will host a parent information night and we are looking for current Murwood parents to join us. We are hoping to support families that are new to the area (or the country!) become acclimated and involved community members. We want families to make healthy connections within our community and be comfortable asking questions and learning how they, too, are a part of their child's educational team.
If you are interested in becoming a Parent Ambassador, please complete this short form.
In the Classroom
Our 5th graders engaged in an immersive journey through history with the Walk Through the Revolution today. They delved deep into pivotal moments, experiencing the American Revolution firsthand. From embodying historical figures to reenacting significant events, our students embraced learning with enthusiasm and creativity.
Meanwhile, our 2nd graders had a vibrant cultural experience learning about Holi, thanks to our dedicated parent volunteers. Through colorful activities and engaging discussions, our young learners explored the traditions, significance, and joyous spirit of this festival of colors.
I want to extend my gratitude to all the teachers, staff, and parent volunteers who make these enriching learning experiences possible.
