Mental Health Awareness Month
A Call to Action
In the hustle and bustle of life and work, it's easy to miss the subtle signs that someone you care about may be silently struggling. According to a 2024 Lyra Health survey of 250 employers from around the world, complex mental health conditions are on the rise. This underscores the importance of fostering empathy and compassion in our interactions with colleagues, friends, and family. By cultivating a supportive environment and prioritizing our own mental well-being, we can create spaces where individuals feel safe to seek help and support. Explore this edition of the Positive Pulse to understand the role social connection, empathy, and self-care play in fostering trust, safety, and compassion for everyone—whether within yourself, with loved ones, or in the workplace.
