Please stop by Harbor's Open House on Wednesday, September 4 anytime between 5:30pm-8:00pm. This is a great chance for your student(s) to get acquainted with our building, find their classes and meet some of their teachers. Our leadership team and health & safety officer will also be available to answer questions.

Snacks and drinks and other surprises will be provided by Harbor!

Harbor parents/guardians- Please take a few minutes to watch this slideshow with your student(s) prior to the first day of school.

OVA (Oxford) Requires Medical Action Plans for all students with serious medical conditions.

If your child has a severe allergy, experiences seizures, requires medications, or has asthma, diabetes, or any other serious condition we need to be aware of, please fill out the Oxford Medical Action Plan. This will better inform Harbor and Oxford how to most effectively manage the situation.

To fill out this form(s) please go to Medication and Medical Action Plan Forms - Oxford Virtual Academy (oxfordschools.org) You can bring the completed forms with you to our Open House and give them to our health and safety officer, Kim Smith. We will also have some forms on site for you to complete, if needed, at Open House.

-$30 Registration fee is due now

-20% of your tuition balance is due by September 4

Fall tuition must be paid in full by October 18

November 21 & 22- Pajama day

November 28 & 29 - Thanksgiving break

December 12 & 13 - Fall semester showcase

December 14-January 29 - Winter break
