Hello Main Street Family!

Thank you to all who were able to attend our September Tiger of the Month Ceremony! Congratulations to all of our recipients!

Interim reports were sent home with your children this week. There is still time for your students' grades to improve. Contact your child's teachers if you have any questions.

Students may have water bottles in the classroom to drink when thirsty during the day. All other beverages may be consumed in the cafeteria only.

This Wednesday, October 16th is picture day. Students are not required to wear school uniforms if they are getting their picture taken. Picture packets were sent home last week.

Our first PTO meeting will be this Thursday, October 17th @ 6 PM in the cafeteria. You voice matters! We are also looking for volunteers to hold the office of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. I look forward to seeing you there!

There is no school Monday in observance of Indigenous People Day. Students will return to school on Tuesday, October 15th!

Our yearly goal for average attendance is 95%. We are currently at 91% We can do it!! Send your child to school every day! They enjoy hearing their homerooms shouted out for perfect attendance!

In an effort to enhance sanitary measures in our building, all drinking fountains have been removed from the building. They have been replaced with water stations. Students can fill their water bottles during the school day. Please send refillable plastic water bottles to school with your children.

Parents:

You must remain in your cars when entering the car line. Please refrain from making u turns in the car line during dismissal. The safety of our children and parents is of utmost importance to us. We would like to move the cars through the line without any disruptions.
