Manitou Springs High School
Mustang News - February 10th, 2023
From The Principal
We have enjoyed a whirlwind of a short week at the high school! Congrats to our drama students on beating out 11 other schools for FIRST PLACE at the One Act Competition last Friday! Additionally, good luck to our swimmers who are competing at the state meet today and tomorrow! Furthermore, we had our MSHS Principal Hiring interviews yesterday including three panels with performance tasks, a student panel, as well as a community meet and greet. Student Council has also launched a wonderful Wish Week to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation, which will continue into next week!
Looking to next week, we will have a half day for students on Thursday, 2/16 with classes concluding at 12 pm, lunch ending at 12:30, and buses running at 12:30 pm, followed by no school for students on Friday, 2/17. Family Conferences, which will be held virtually, will be occurring Thursday, February 16th from 1:15-6:30pm and Friday, February 17th from 8:00am-12:00pm. Please see the links below to sign up for a specific time with an individual staff member.
Have a fantastic weekend!
