A Joyful Close to the Semesterπ
As we enter our final week before the holiday break, weβre filled with excitement for the celebrations and activities planned across campus! Alongside the fun, weβll also focus on completing our Middle of the Year (MOY) assessments. This important data will guide our next steps for student learning, which weβll discuss in-depth during our January 6th Staff Professional Development day.
Last week, we had a special (and mischievous) visitorβnone other than the Grinch! From hallway antics to βfiresβ on the second floor (thankfully just some burned food), the Grinch certainly kept everyone on their toes. Students and staff alike embraced the challenge of uncovering the Grinchβs true identity, turning the day into an incredible learning adventure. Watching students apply higher-order thinking skills, analyze evidence, and work collaboratively was inspiring. Itβs moments like these that remind us how learning can be both meaningful and fun!
As we prepare for a well-earned break, letβs make this last week of the semester a great one. Iβm so proud of all that weβve accomplished together so far and canβt wait to see what the second semester brings.
Time is flying by, but weβre making every moment count!

Parker Angel Tree π

Participants can choose an angel and then purchases the requested items or make a donation. These gifts are collected and distributed by the YMCA to ensure that they reach the families and children who need them most. The goal of Angel Tree is to spread holiday cheer and provide support to those who might otherwise go without during the festive season. it's a way for individuals and families to give back to their communities make positive impact on others' lives.
