BCIT Medford Campus

Burlington County Institute of Technology - Medford Campus, will host a Virtual Back to School Night beginning at 6:05 PM on Thursday, September 30, 2021. During the evening, you will utilize Google Meet to following your son/daughter's schedule for Blocks 1 - 4, by logging into their Google Classroom and clicking on the link provided in the classroom banner for each of their four blocks.

You will have the opportunity to meet with your child's teachers and receive an overview of our educational program. Just a reminder, this is not a time for parent-teacher conferences. If you have a specific question regarding your child, please email the teacher to coordinate a conference.

*** We recommend that you utilize your son/daughter's school provided Chromebook for attending the Google Meet. ***

The schedule for the evening is below:

Block 1 6:05 – 6:20 PM

Block 2 6:25 – 6:40 PM

Block 3 6:45 – 7:00 PM

Block 4 7:05 – 7:20 PM

Each block will be 15 minutes long and is designed for you to get an overview of the course and for the teacher to communicate their expectations for the students. We encourage you to sign into the Google Meet for each class approximately one minute before each session.

9th Grade Parents/Guardians, you will join the Google Meet for your student's X2 (Second Exploratory Course) during Block 4.

We also encourage you to sit down with your child before the event to get familiar with Google Classroom and the Google Meet. Our students are very familiar with the process and will be a great resource for you!
