PES Parent Newsletter
September 2024
PES is a school of hope, happiness, and high expectations for all!
Wonderful First Month of School
- We have officially made it through the first month of school! Our students are doing great!
- If you ever have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher. E-mail is the best way to reach out to communicate. Please know that you may not get a reply immediately based on the classroom schedule and the teacher's planning period.
- Just a reminder that we don't allow student early dismissals after 1:45pm. This information and other important school information can be found in the PES Parent Handbook which is found on the school's webpage.
- Students will be out of school on Monday, September 2 and Tuesday, September 3. We look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Wednesday, September 4.
- We will have a Volunteer Training at our Open House on Thursday, September 5th at 5:30pm in the cafeteria. Anyone wishing to chaperone a field trip must attend the yearly Volunteer Training and have a current background check on file.
Our 2nd Graders love swim lessons at the YMCA!
