Monday, June 2: We’re excited for our upcoming trip to Water Works Park! Students who did not turn in a permission slip will remain at school and spend the day with Ms. Drake. She has planned a fun-filled day with engaging activities, games, and special surprises. It’s going to be a great time for everyone—whether at the park or on campus!

If your TK–3 student will be transported in a school vehicle, please note that a booster or car seat will not be required. We have enough booster seats available to safely accommodate all students riding in the school van.

However, if you prefer that your child use their own personal car seat, please bring to school Monday morning.

• Children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat.
• Children who are 8 years of age OR have reached 4’9” in height may be secured by a booster seat, but at a minimum must be secured by a safety belt. (California Vehicle Code Section 27363.)

Applications are available in the afterschool office or the main office with Ms. Kari.

◾Rocky Point Discovery Club’s goal is to provide a program that encourages growth, both academically and socially, to ensure we meet the unique needs of each individual student.

◾Our qualified ESSA group leaders assist the students with homework and identify areas of concern for additional tutorial services.
