Thanksgiving Holiday - All schools & offices CLOSED

HEROES learned about the special holiday, “All Saint’s and All Souls’ Day” with the decoration and enjoyment of skull sugar cookies. The skull and sugar represent the loved ones who passed and the sweetness of life. The colors orange, black, and white are traditional colors of the monarch butterfly-also a symbol of this cherished event.

Our HEROES from 3rd-5th grade completed a project (individual or group) to learn more about a Spanish-speaking country.
