Frog Street Curriculum
Dear Families,
Next week we’re beginning a new theme in our classroom, “Compare and Contrast”. For the next four weeks, your child will be learning to examine his or her environment and identify the similarities and differences between items. In the first week of this theme, we will explore the characteristics of living and non-living things.
Next week’s Family Connections activities can be found at https://lilypad2.frogstreet.com/public/resouce-detail/90416280-d7da-4985-a2cf-ef7134e6e925

ASCO SAFETY BOX INFORMATION
https://www.autismcentralohio.org/programs
Statistics indicate that nearly fifty percent of individuals with Autism wander at one time or another. Recognizing the need to keep our loved ones safe, Autism Society Central Ohio has created this box of tools to help families protect their loved ones.
We worked with parents of individuals who elope/wander and the Autism Society of America to pick items for this box that will aid in the safety of your home/vehicle. To receive a box you MUST APPLY at the link online. They can only supply ONE BOX PER FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD. Limited boxes available.
These boxes were made possible by our partnership with the Hussman Foundation and the Columbus Firefighters Foundation.

As a reminder, it is the families responsibility to walk students up to the door versus letting them out of the car and the students walking up independently. Please be mindful about this when you are dropping students off.
Late Pick Up Fees
LATE PICK UP FEES
Parents/Guardians of peer model(s) who pick up their child after the scheduled pick-up time will be charged a late fee equal to $1.00 per minute, per child. Teachers will be asked to complete a Late Pick Up Acknowledgement form for parents/guardians who pick up their child after the scheduled pickup time. Parents/Guardians will be asked to sign the Late Pick Up Acknowledgement form and will be given a copy before leaving the preschool with their child. The fee must be paid in cash or check to the receptionist at Clark Hall, 380 Granville St., Suite B. Gahanna, Ohio 43230 before the child can be admitted back to their preschool class. If there are more than six violations, then your child may be dismissed from the program.
