🎉 Graduation Celebration – Friday, June 6th

• We are so proud of our graduating students! Join us as we recognize all the hard work, growth, and accomplishments these little learners have achieved this year.

☀️ Summer Camp Begins – Monday, June 9th

• Get ready for fun-filled days of learning, laughter, and play! Our summer camp kicks off on June 9th with exciting activities planned throughout the season.

🍧 Popsicles with Pops – Monday, June 16th | 3:00 – 6:00 PM

• Celebrate Father’s Day with a sweet treat! Dads, grandpas, uncles, and father figures are invited to enjoy popsicles with their little ones during pick-up time. We can’t wait to see you there!

💦 Water Days Begin – Friday, June 13th

• Cool off with Water Play Fridays starting June 13th!
• Here’s what you need to know:
• Drop your child off in their swimsuit.
• Pack a separate bag with a towel and a full change of clothes.
• This bag will be used to store your child’s wet items after play.

🌞 Summer Reminders

• As the weather warms up, please remember to:
• Apply sunscreen and bug spray before drop-off.
• Send extra sunscreen and bug spray labeled with your child’s name for reapplication.
• Pack a full change of clothes in your child’s cubby – water, sand, and summer fun can be messy!

Infants

The focus this month is to foster the children’s curiosity in the world around them. Before children can lead, they must feel comfortable taking risks. Teachers can support children’s curiosity by providing a safe and secure base from which the children feel comfortable to explore. Young children are increasingly taking initiative in interactions with people and investigating how the world works.

Toddlers

The focus this month is to foster children’s curiosity and encourage risk-taking. Toddlers show interest in others and the world around them, and they are beginning to initiate activities on their own. Children are beginning to engage with other children in activities with a common focus. Toddlers are developing independence and often seek to do things themselves.

Twos

Developing leadership qualities in young children begins with feeling loved and building selfesteem. Leadership skills can develop naturally; however, it is important for children to have positive role models from whom to learn. Skills and traits that support leadership include confidence, problem-solving, and cooperation. Children at this stage need positive praise and interactions to become more confident in their ability to lead and make decisions.

Preschool/Pre-K

The goal this month is to learn the qualities of what it means to be a good leader. Leadership instills confidence and helps children to problem-solve, work as a team, and work collaboratively with others. Developing strong leadership qualities will help foster determination, resourcefulness, and initiative in children.

• Leadership: the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal
• Determination: the quality of being strongly motivated to succeed; the ability to continue trying to do something, even if it is difficult
• Resourcefulness: the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties and solve problems
• Initiative: the willingness to get things done and take responsibility; being proactive

• Our little athletes will build skills, confidence, and teamwork with weekly soccer sessions.
• 📚 Don the Storyteller
• Get ready to be captivated by tales that spark imagination and creativity!
• 🎭 Puppets Pizzazz
• A lively puppet show filled with music, humor, and magical moments.
• 🎩 The Amazing Spaghetti
• A comedy magic show that’s sure to leave everyone laughing and amazed!
• 🍧 Kona Ice
• Nothing says summer like a cool, colorful snow cone! Kona Ice will be making a refreshing stop.
• 💦 Water Days Every Friday (Starting June 13th)
• Splash into fun! Don’t forget: children should arrive in swimsuits and bring a towel and change of clothes in a labeled bag.

We’re celebrating all the amazing dads, grandpas, uncles, and father figures with a cool treat and warm smiles! Join us for Popsicles with Pops during afternoon pick-up on Monday, June 16th between 3:00 and 6:00 PM.

👨‍👧 What to Expect:

• Enjoy a refreshing popsicle with your child at pick-up time

• Take a few moments to relax, laugh, and snap a sweet photo together

• Celebrate the important role you play in your child’s life

This is our fun way of saying thank you for all the love, support, and strength you bring to your little ones each and every day.
