Message From the Principal

Greetings Mountain View Families,

We are deeply saddened by the devastation from the storm in our region. We know many of you, your family, or friends were impacted. Please reach out if you need assistance. There is a link below to complete. Thank you to those of you who were able to send in supplies for families in our region. These supplies will be delivered to Unicoi, Johnson, and Washington counties.

We have completed our first quarter of the school year. Just a reminder that Fall Break will be October 7-11. School will resume on October 14. Checkpoints in grades 2nd-5th have been postponed until after fall break. Please see the updated checkpoint schedule below.

We have some exciting family engagement events coming up in the second quarter. Check out our events calendar below. We appreciate our Mountain View families. We hope everyone has a wonderful fall break!

On these days, we will operate on a testing schedule that we use for checkpoints and TCAPs. Your child's lunch times may change. Contact your child's teacher to find the lunch time if you plan to eat lunch with your child on those days or any 2-hour delay day.
