OLIS News & Updates
Week of July 8, 2019
The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Summit is a full-day event on August 7 at the URI Library Galanti Lounge, and will feature speakers and activities designed to help libraries embed equity, diversity and inclusion practices into library services, programs, collections and work culture. Space is limited so register soon to attend.
The Office of Library and Information Services would like to hear from you to help us better understand your continuing education needs and plan for our next year of programming. Please take a moment to fill out the survey which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. We are excited to hear from everyone about your continuing education experiences, whether you have attended an OLIS continuing education session this year or not. The survey will remain open until Tuesday, July 16.
