A Farewell Note From Admin
Wow, what an incredible year it's been at Las Brisas! I've been absolutely amazed watching our students blossom, not just academically, but socially as well. The spark of curiosity and the joy they find in exploring learning has been truly inspiring to witness. We have the best student body and they make that known each day.
I want to extend the sincerest thank you to our teachers and staff for nurturing that love of learning in each and every one of our students through all that you do. And to our wonderful community, thank you for your unwavering support and for trusting us with your students throughout the school year. From your time volunteering in our schools, to sharing your evenings with us at concerts and festivals- our school would not be what it is without you.
As my time at Las Brisas comes to a close, I want to remind all of you owls to continue to strive for growth, explore your ambitions fearlessly, and always remember to stay WISE! I am always in your corner and rooting for each of your successes! It has been a true joy to serve our campus this year.
Have a fantastic and safe summer!

Thank you to student council for beautifying our school with this amazing mural!
We want to extend our gratitude to all who donated to our student council while they worked all year toward gathering funds to make their dreams of beautifying the entrance of our campus become a reality. We are so proud of their efforts and couldn't have done it without each of you! A special thanks to our PTSA for their generous contribution toward our mural.

Kindergarten Registration
Dear Parents,
We’re excited to welcome our future kindergarten students, and now is the time to register your incoming kindergartner for the upcoming school year! By registering now, you help us plan and ensure we have the right resources and staff to provide the best possible experience for every child.
Your timely registration allows us to assess and meet the unique needs of our incoming class, so we ask that you take a moment to complete your child’s registration. If you know other families with incoming kindergartners, please share this message with them as well!
If you live outside of our school boundaries, please complete an open enrollment application. Once approved, you will be able to register your incoming kindergarten student in January. Please see the link below to read more about the open enrollment process.
If you have any questions, feel free to call our office to speak with our knowledgeable school registrar, Vanessa.
Thank you for helping us prepare for a fantastic year and for sharing the word about our school. We’re grateful for your support and the wonderful community connections you bring!

During our 1:15 pm dismissal time, teachers meet together, and we call these Collaborative Team meetings. Las Brisas is a PLC school (Professional Learning Community). Our 90-minute early release days support planning for student learning, interventions, and targeted support. This time is invaluable to our teachers, and our students, as it gives critical time to our teacher teams to design skill-based instruction and assessments, review student progress data, and design supports and interventions.
