Lincoln's School Vision
Vision: Success for ALL
Lincoln's school vision starts with effective communication and building positive relationships with our Lion Families and students! Our goal at Lincoln Elementary is to foster a positive and collaborative school community. We encourage our parents to reach out to us through Class Dojo, email, or a phone call, when questions, concerns, celebrations or even conflicts arise. We are here to create solutions together by encouraging, supporting, and listening; with your student's best interest at the center of our focus.
We encourage all students and staff to let their Lion Pride Show by wearing our school colors or Lincoln Lion shirts on Fridays!

Thank you, parents and friends for supporting our Lincoln school community!
Lincoln students did an amazing job with the Pizza and Cookie Dough Fundraiser!
Our school goal was between $13,000 - $15,000 in total sales!! If we hit our targeted goal, Mrs. Peterson committed to dusting off her 1980 roller skates, and discoing through the hallways!
Guess What?? We sold a total of $19,395 in product!!
1,344 Pizzas and 665 boxes of Cookie Dough! Our school profit from the fundraiser is $12,026.
Looks like Mrs. Peterson will be roller skating, very soon!
Thank you for continuing to support the Playground Development Project at Lincoln!

Anti-Bullying Assembly
On October 28th the students of Lincoln Elementary had a very special guest to talk to them about bullying. Chris Scheufele is one of the most sought after youth speakers in the United States. Mr. Scheufele helped to teach the students about bullying and the harm that bullying does to others. He also gave them strategies and tips they can use if they found themselves in a situation where they were being bullied. A huge thank you goes out to Mr. Scheufele for taking the time to educate our students here at Lincoln Elementary.
Fire Prevention Week
Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week here at Lincoln Elementary was a huge success. Our staff and students had fun dressing up and learning all about how to say no to drugs!

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of a crisis situation, please be assured that our school has an emergency management plan in place and that school, district, and emergency staff will respond accordingly. We need your support and ask that you rely on communications from the school district. The first and official way for us to contact you in an emergency is using our automated calling system SchoolMessenger. We will also use our district website and social media accounts, and local news outlets to communicate information. It is very important that you understand that in a crisis situation, school phones are needed to manage the situation and lines must remain open. Calling could also put students and employees at risk in an intruder situation (if they did not have time to turn down the ringer, your call could potentially give away their hiding spot). You must also know that you need to wait for instructions on student release and do not go to the school. Emergency personnel responding to the situation need the area clear to do their job. After emergency responders determine that a safe student release is possible, arrangements will be made to reunite children with their families. In a reunification situation, you will be told where and when to go, and you will need photo identification.
In the aftermath of a crisis, it is important to remain calm as children are greatly influenced by their family’s sense of well-being, and anything that families can do to reassure students will be helpful. At the same time, families need to be compassionate listeners when their children speak of the crisis.
If you have any questions, please reach out to me.
