I have had questions about this, so here is how you read your bill.

• Just look at the top for balance information.
• The Fees section will always post the amount of fees you owe.
• Misc. Balance Credit is the total amount you have paid
• If you chose the option to split up your payments to 2,3, or 4 payments. It was up to you to record those dates and keep track of them....we are not a bank or collection agency that auto drafts payments.

You will want to need to download the UDB Pro app(Ultimate Drill Book) prior to the first day of band camp and set up your profile. BRING YOUR PHONE, THIS WILL BE CHECKED AT REGISTRATION.

1. Download UDBapp Pro from the app store.
2. Click on "Don't have an account? Sign-up"
3. Enter Ensemble Code - wylie2021
4. Enter Ensemble Password - wylie2021-ens
5. Create a new personal account to use with UDBapp. FILL OUT EVERY FIELD, DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BLANK.

• Park in the student parking lot or 544 parking lot.
  
• At lease 1 parent and the student will attend.
  
• Update CHARMS information prior to coming to the school. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
• YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US YOUR PROFILE ON THE UDB APP. THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT.
• If you have a sibling, pick either time to come together.
  
• Pay any balance due.

• Band Binder with music (you will receive this at Registration Pick-Up)

Who needs a physical?

As of the 4th of May, 2021 any student participating in Junior High or High School athletics along with High School Marching Band/Color Guard will be required to get a new physical every 2 years.

Where do I send the physical?

• If you are in band and athletics, use the RANK ONE PORTAL FORM UPLOAD
• If you are in band and NOT athletics, us the BAND FORM UPLOAD

Wylie ISD has approved the school calendar for 2021-22. This includes a fall break; however, all athletic and fine arts contests, rehearsals and productions will still run during that week. Meaning, even though WISD has a fall break scheduled, there will still be a football game and contests. This means there will be rehearsals too. Below is our plan for that week, so if you are looking to go away some time, here are the dates we will have games, rehearsals and contests.

OCTOBER 8-16 Schedule

• Friday, October 8 - Football Game (4:30PM-11PM)
• Saturday, October 9 - McKinney Marching Invitational (we are the defending champs)
• Sunday, October 10-Wednesday, October 13 (4 days) - NO REHEARSAL
• Thursday, October 14 - Varsity Marching Rehearsal 9AM-4PM / Football Game
• Saturday, October 16 - UIL Regional Marching Contest (advancement to Area Level)
