Today was so much fun! A big thank you to everyone that supported the Chess Club and yesterday's Chess Tournament. It was a huge success and we are thrilled to be able to carry this tradition on in future years. Today our Kindergarten and First Graders visited OMSI while our Fourth Grade Students embarked on their Oregon Trail Field Trip to the Sherwood Heritage Center. Students had a great time exploring and learning. Tonight is the Middleton Carnival from 4 PM - 8 PM and we hope to see you there. Have a great weekend!

The Middleton Carnival is today from 4pm - 8pm. Join us with your family for food, games, prizes, and lots of fun! We are in need of many volunteers to run games and activities. We look forward to seeing you there!

Middleton PreK Enrollment Open

We are excited to share that our Middleton PreK class is open for registration! Our PreK is open to students who are age 4 on or before September 1, 2024 and is taught by a certified teacher. More information about our PreK program, and information about interest forms can be found here.

Reminder: Student Educational Equity Development (SEED) Survey - June 3-7

As a reminder, our school will provide the Student Educational Equity Development (SEED) Survey for students grades 3 and up during the week of June 3-7. Oregon law (House Bill 2656) requires each school district to make the SEED Survey available to students in grades 3-11. Parents or guardians may decline, either verbally or in writing, to have their student participate in the SEED Survey. Reminder: ParentSquare Communication and Alert Testing - June 4

As a reminder, our district will be conducting a test of our new ParentSquare communications platform on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. Our District Office will send test-only versions of email, text message, and emergency alerts through ParentSquare to all families as part of this test.

Reminder: 24-25 Volunteer Background Checks Due by June 5

As a reminder, the last day to submit background checks for volunteering during this school year is June 5th. The submission form for our background check process can be found here. All volunteers for end-of-the-year events (such as class parties) require a background check that has been completed during the school year.

School Supply Boxes

We are excited to continue our partnership with EPI (Educational Products, Inc.) for providing our 2024-2025 school supply packs! Click HERE and enter the school ID, MID115 (3 letters and 3 numbers). Follow the directions to complete your order and if you have any questions you can reach out to Kelli Gladheim at gladheimkk@yahoo.com with any questions. Order deadline is June 16th. School supplies will be distributed to each child's classroom before the first day of school next year.
