In an effort to create life-long learners, the staff at Westridge Elementary School, working closely with parents and community, strives to realize each child's fullest potential in the areas of personal, social, intellectual, emotional, and physical development.

Dear Westridge Families,

Please remember there is no school on Monday, January 20th. This is a teacher in-service day.

Spring conferences are quickly approaching. We will be holding Parent/Teacher Conferences on February 11th and 12th. Conferences will run from 3:00 to 6:30 PM. Students will be dismissed at 2:06 each day. Then there will be no school on February 13th and 14th.

We will be using Pick-A-Time to schedule conferences. See the information below for directions on how to signup online. The window will open up on Monday, January 20th, at 9:00 AM and it will close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, February 9th. Times are first come, first serve, so be sure to schedule your time right away.

We have scheduled our Valentine's Day parties for Friday, February 7th. Parties will be held at the end of the day. Students are welcome to bring valentines for all of their classmates. Please remember boxes should be decorated at home, as there will not be time to decorate them at school.

On Monday, January 27th, registration for incoming kindergarten students will be open. If you have a child that will be coming to kindergarten next year, please notify our office at 402-289-2559. If someone you know has a child that is going to be attending kindergarten next year, please let them know about the registration window. If they have any questions, they can call the office as well.
