Message from Mrs. Jones
Hello, Fallbrook Students & Families,
This weekend marked the end of our annual Homecoming Week with our Homecoming Pep Rally & Football Game on Friday evening and the Homecoming Dance on Saturday evening. A huge thank you to our ASB students and advisor, Mrs. Johnson, for their work to make this an amazing week full of memorable experiences for our student body! An additional thank you to our staff who participated with our students in dress-up days, attended the game on Friday evening, and even chaperoned the dance on Saturday night.
Red Ribbon Week: October 23rd-31st
This week marks National Red Ribbon Week, where students are encouraged to commit to living drug free. Please read below for information about how Red Ribbon Week began, and what our students are doing on campus to promote healthy and positive life choices
Did you know that Red Ribbon Week started after DEA agent Enrique "Kiki" Camarena gave his life in an attempt to keep his country free of drugs? Read his story below, linked in both English and Spanish. On Tuesday, October 22nd, we are honored to host Mrs. Mika Camarena, wife of Kiki Camarena, on campus to meet our students. Students can find her at the top of the bowl during lunch!

Did you know that Fallbrook High School was the first school to partner with the Camarena Foundation through the creation of a club called "Camarena's Youth Crime Prevention Club"? Read more about their mission below:
"By creating Camarena's Youth Crime Prevention Club on campus and reaching out to the community all over San Diego, our mission is to inform and prevent substance abuse within our youth, especially the most poisonous drug, Fentanyl."
Reminder: Impact Aid Forms are HERE - Your Input is Needed for the Annual Impact Aid Survey!
As part of our annual data collection, we are asking for your participation in this year's Impact Aid survey. This survey plays a critical role in securing federal funding for our district.
What is Impact Aid? Impact Aid is a federal program that compensates school districts for lost tax revenue due to the presence of federally owned lands within their boundaries.
Why is it Important? Our school district receives approximately $1.8 million each year from this program. These funds are essential in providing the best educational experience for your children.
How to Participate:
Check your email for the digital survey link, it will be in your inbox on 10/02/2024 and shared through Parent Portal Communications. Complete and submit by November 1st, 2024.
Paper copies were also distributed on Monday 10/7 via Warrior PRIDE Time Homeroom classes. If your student has a completed paper copy, be sure to send it with them on Monday 10/14 for collection during WPT!
Your timely participation is vital for the ongoing support of our educational programs. Let's continue to work together to make our school district great!
If there is anything you need, please feel free to reach out by telephone at (760) 723-6300 x3102, x3110, or x3103, or by email through our website.
Let's make this a great week, Warriors!
