We are excited to announce on November 21 at 5 PM, AR Works will be hosting an FCPS wellness opportunity. Participants can pick their own project. The class size is limited, don't delay, register today.

The prices (using the link below) are reflective of a $20 discount contributed by FCPS Wellness. Once you have selected your project, the indicated price is the employees responsibility and payment is required at time of reservation. Be sure to use the FCPS link below when registering to receive the special pricing:

LifeCYCLE fitness will be hosting three classes in November exclusively for FCPS employees. All levels of cyclers welcome!

Class dates:

• November 6 - registration is open
• November 13 - registration is open
• November 20 - registration opens 11/6

There is no cost to employees who participate in these three exclusive FCPS classes.

Classes will begin promptly at 4:30 PM and last until 5:15 PM. Participants are asked to arrive at 4:15 to get set up. Please bring socks and water, spin shoes will be provided.
