P-H-M Board of School Trustees and Administration is committed to academic excellence and supporting our teachers inside the classroom with a multitude of supports. To help attract, retain and reward P-H-M teachers, the Board Monday night (10/10/22) approved the financial increases below making P-H-M teachers the highest paid in the area!

  • 7% salary increase for eligible teachers

  • Qualifying 2021-2022 teachers receive $600 stipend


This is why P-H-M is able to attract the brightest, the best and most experienced. In fact we've had 8 Top 10 Indiana Teachers of the Year since 2008--most recently Mrs. Amanda Fox from Elsie Rogers. We've had one Teacher of the year in 2011.

LaBraid Fundraiser Information

Greetings, Mustang Families!


Today, Friday, October 14th kicks off our fall fundraiser for the 2022-2023 school year! We are excited to partner with LaBraid Fundraising to offer a variety of butter braid pastries and cake rolls. An assembly was organized on Friday afternoon for our students to get pumped up featuring Mr. Poff and Magician Alan Kazam. If our fundraising goal is met, Magician Alan Kazam will come back for a full magic show for the entire school!


Key Dates:


  • Sale Dates: Friday, October 14th - Wednesday, November 2
  • Pick-up: Friday, November 18th from 3:30-6pm at Mary Frank Elementary (*more details closer to pick-up)
  • Payment: Credit and debit cards for online orders. For all other orders make checks payable to Mary Frank PTO

All our Mustang students have been set up with a complimentary online store. This is a secure way to have friends and family place orders without having to collect anything.


  • To access your student’s online store, please visit our Mary Frank PTO Fall Fundraising Link
  • Select your student’s name (Please note: they are listed by first name and the first letter of your last name for security purposes)
  • For example, if your student’s name was Cole A*****, you would select Cole A (you can either scroll through the list or use the search box).


***By selecting Cole A’s name you will be directly immediately to their personalized online store. This link can then be shared with family, friends, and co-workers to place orders.***


While we are still accepting paper orders, the online option is a great option for accuracy and ease.


Who doesn't love a little friendly competition?!


The fall fundraiser is how we get the most funds for the PTO. This allows us to continue to do things for our teachers, staff, and students. Last year, with the success of our partnership with LaBraid Fundraising we were able to buy field day t-shirts for all teachers, students, and staff.
