Friday Elective Registration
VERY IMPORTANT: Please read PRIOR to registering!
- Only fill out ONE registration for each student.
- Hybrid students should ONLY fill out a hybrid registration form, not an elective registration form.
- You should receive an email from Jotform confirming your registration within 10 minutes after you register. If you do not receive this email, please let us know so we can confirm we have received your registration.
- Lastly, please select how you are funding Harbor (self-pay or OVA funded) prior to registering. If you are unsure, visit our website for more information and contact us if you have more questions.
