Spotted At ZESD 6
- Oh, the fun we had! In celebration of Dr. Seuss Week, East Elementary staff — including ZESD 6 Superintendent Dr. Lawson — showed off their whimsical side by dressing up in Seuss-tastic attire. Adding to the excitement, East Elementary welcomed Dr. Lawson into a classroom of wide-eyed Kindergarteners, where he brought The Lorax to life.
- West Elementary School hosted a fun-filled Family Movie Night last Friday, featuring a screening of The Wild Robot. Families gathered to enjoy the film, share snacks, and build community in a cozy school setting.
- On Tuesday night, 29 ZESD 6 students had the exciting opportunity to participate in the Zion-Benton High School Solo & Ensemble Festival. They performed solos or small duets for high school music clinicians, receiving valuable feedback and critiques on their musical skills. We are incredibly proud of their bravery and dedication to their craft!
- East Elementary students gathered in the gym for a PBIS event, reinforcing classroom skills through interactive learning activities. The event ended on a high note with a fun group dance, celebrating positive behavior and teamwork!
