A Message from Ms. Piezas
Hello Corvallis Community,
Friday was our Fall Festival! There was a great turnout. Thanks to PTA and staff volunteers for making it so much fun. Next up is Family Math Night 11/20/24.
There is no school this Friday for staff professional development. We are learning new ways to engage our students in learning.
As a reminder, you can have the biggest impact on your child's learning simply by reading with them. Read the same book then talk about it. Listen to an audiobook together. The library has tons of free audiobooks. They can make a long car ride much more bearable.
Diwali begins on Thursday, October 31st. Happy Diwali to those in our Corvallis community who celebrate the Festival of Light and Joy.
Dia de los Muertos is Friday, November 1st. Feliz Dia de los Muertos! to those who celebrate in our Corvallis community.
Our Corvallis 2024-2025 Calendar is up on our website.
Let's have a wonderful week of learning!
With love,
M. Piezas
