10th & 11th grade students! Don’t miss your chance at an opportunity to participate in the Summer RISE program. Participating students are matched with a professional career host, introduced to high demand career options, and learn skills needed to be successful in the workplace.
This week students participated in trivia & kahoot with the Social Studies Honors Society and were able to add to our I Have a Dream Wall and read the speech in 16 different languages. We are excited for more events this month including a showcase event, spirit week, music, and more.

Congratulations to our amazing Bocce team on their 4th place finish at the MCPS County Championships! The Swim and Dive team had an impressive showing at the Region Championships. The Panthers clocked season bests in each of their events! State Advancers will be announced soon! The wrestling team kicked off the championship season finishing as Region Finalists taking down Dundalk before falling to Perry Hall in the finals!
**Special shoutout to Senior Basketball standout Isaiah Lee on scoring 1,000 points in his high school career! Job well done!!
Wrestling will participate in the County Champs this week.... Indoor Track will wrap up another incredible season Wednesday at the State Championships....our Panthers are favorites to score big in many key events! The meet will take place at the PGSLC in Landover first race @ 1pm.

The Capital Area Food Bank will be at Paint Branch High School inside the back of the cafeteria, Wednesday, February 26th, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm to host a food market. This is a free event, and all families are welcome to attend. Fresh produce and food items will be provided to families at no cost until supplies run out. Please be sure to join us and remember to bring bags/carts to pick up food.
