Hello, King's Highway Families,

TONIGHT! There will be a Title 1 family engagement meeting at 5:30. Join the King's Highway team to discuss and plan the school/home relationship so that we can foster a well-connected community and learning experience. Parents/Guardians, we need your input to help guide the plan into a reality.

Then, from 6:00 to 7:30, Join the King's Highway PTO for the first meeting of the school year. Come learn how the PTO supports KHES and find ways to get involved. Our school community only grows stronger with the support and feedback from families and students.

Happening next week - The Red Cross will come to King's Highway to work with classes on preparedness, and fire safety and to share some response techniques.

The King's Highway Bookfair team is in need of a few volunteers to support out student's bookfair experience. Anyone interested may sign up at the link below.

Adults who meet the definition of a volunteer under Applicable Law or under this policy shall be required to complete a registration/disclosure form and provide the following:

1. Act 34 State Police History Report

   • This clearance is free of charge to volunteers

2. Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance Statement

   • This clearance is free of charge to volunteers and can be found here: Child Welfare Portal

3. Act 114 FBI Federal Criminal History Report (not required if you have been a Pennsylvania resident during the entirety of the previous 10 years) IdentoGO

4. Tuberculosis Test
